The Error:
You are attempting to synchronize your database when you receive the following error message: "Error converting datatype int to tinyint"
RTG's Suggested Action:
This is a non recoverable error for all Remote Databases and the Master Database. The Master is corupt and the master database needs to be repaired, and all remotes need to be cut from the new master.
Resolution
There is no way to prevent this error. It randomly happens. It will continue to happen in ACT! version 9. In order to prevent future issues with this error upgrade to ACT! version 10.0 (Version 10.0.0.237) or Higher
