New User is unable to login to a newly created remote database.

If you add a new user to the Act! Database then create a remote database for the new user but the new user is unable to login. Here are a few things to check :
1.    Was the user successfully added to the Act! database before the remote was created?
2.    Is the Sync Set for All Users, if not you will need to add the user to the sync set then create the remote database again.
