Notes Preview Pane Doesn't Show Preview of Note

This may be resovled by the following:

• The column width may be too small to see. Try resizing the columns in the notes view.
• The ACT for Web user's profile may need to be rebuilt on the server. Please contact Remote Tech Group support.
