Only perform these steps if the user is on windows 7 and has IE 9.
Go To Control Panel
Click on "Program and Features."
Click the left side link "View installed updates"
Locate and uninstall "Windows Internet Explorer 9"
Follow the prompts to uninstall, and reboot when prompted.
Once you are back on IE8, follow these steps.
Everyone should be able to follow along these simple steps and get up and running.
